first time to stay at Grand Hi Lai Hotel, Front desk is very helpful and nice. I'm very happy that the hotel is willing to meet my request.

쾌적하고 조용한 호텔이었고 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 조식은 안 먹어서 모르겠지만 오후에 간식과 차가 제공됩니다. 대만에서 지금까지 이용했던 호텔 중 제일 좋았어요. 근데 객실에 의자가 하나정도 더 있으면 좋겠습니다..!

Pros -Great location -Very friendly housekeeping staff -Spacious room -Complimentary bottled water provided daily -Very good noise insulation Cons -One of the mature (maybe at senior level) female reception staff member on the ground floor was not very professional. She assisted with my check-in, but I did not feel welcomed at all. When I asked for a map of the nearby restaurants, she only gave a brief explanation of the directions, which was not detailed enough and resulted in me walking to the wrong place. Throughout our stay, my family and I passed by the reception desk (ground floor) several times each day, and she never acknowledged or greeted us. - The bathroom lighting was too dim, making it difficult to apply makeup.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were able to check in quickly.

A beautiful property. Spacious, modern guest rooms. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price. Travel to the Anping attractions and into Tainan via UBER was convenient and inexpensive. I would gladly stay there again.

the location is convenient, close to subway and shopping areas. A bottle of soft drink was left on the 7th floor hallway table for over two days and the cleaning team did not take it away. It is very unusual for a 5 stars hotel to see waste items left in the hallway noticed. What I do not like to that when we tried to charged our drink to the room before we left the bar, we were told to pay deposit for drinks before we could charge it to the room. I have never heard about making food deposit to be able to charge to the room. Again, this is very unusual for a 5 star hotel.

Very good breakfast. Just like my mother in laws food. Clean rooms. They even gave us a choice of the room when we checked in. Location is close to the dome of lights and Lihue market

Very good location near the MRT. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The market behind the hotel sells clothing with reasonable prices.
