The hotel was clean and in a good location. We walked to central Athens where all of the shops and markets are within 10 minutes, with a view of the Acropolis. Lots of restaurants and rooftop bars close by. Metro is also less than a minutes walk from the property. The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t great as the warm was cold every morning. The room itself was fine, as expected in a city location. Small bathroom, beds were comfy. Police and ambulances can be heard but otherwise the noise level was ok for us.

Loved the location and the rooftop, where you also enjoy breakfast, is a must see. One of the best views in Athens. The staff was extremely helpful. We had a technical issue, power went out, on our first night but the staff went out of their way to make it right.

Being right in the center of Plaka was a big plus.

Very clean & comfortable room and a great breakfast. You’re on a city street so it can be pretty noisy - but you’re walking distance to the Acropolis, tons of restaurants & bars, shopping and fun. Pretty much any direction you walk you’ll find things to do.

We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel with the most amazing balcony view of the Acropolis & Parthenon! The Hellenic Vibes Smart Hotel is super smart & super sexy! And the buffet breakfast is the best we’ve had on our European vacation thus far with super friendly & accommodating staff. The owner thought of everything! It’s very centrally located & so convenient. They work in conjunction with an excellent driving & tour company that made our trip in Athens super easy & very personable! Our Divers Stelio’s & George were THE BEST PART OF ATHENS FOR US! We will be back! 😊, Mike & Shari Curtis

We stayed in the large penthouse with magnificent view of the Acropolis. We enjoyed the spacious terrace with sun shades. Staff was very helpful with tips for dining and activities. Air conditioning worked perfectly on the hot days we were there! Note that the private elevator to the suite does open to a few stairs to actually access the room - no problem for us, but wanted to mention.
