The service was amazing. Mario, the service manager, was great, and Leo and Alan also provided excellent service. However, the room could have been cleaner, and there were cockroaches in our room, although they changed our room right away. The food variety could also be improved.

All aspects of our stay was great. From the resort amenities to the courteous staff at all the restaurants to our clean room and the turn down service at night. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Everything and everyone was excellent, rooms spacious and clean , staff all around very polite and helpful, food and drinks and concept of the all Inclusive at this resort are different and amazing its not your typical Buffet style its more like Restaurant style where you have server of course with your choice of food and drinks we really liked it a lot and will be back again , beach is so close to the hotel and pools all and all perfect stay and if I can give 10 stars i would 5 is not enough the deserve better than 5 stars in my opinion

I had an outstanding experience at Vidanta Bon Hotel. The room was truly palatial in size, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. Vidanta Bon Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay. I would not hesitate to return.

10/10 recommend this hotel it’s a 2 min walk to cool rentals which they have a bunch of excursions for ATVs etc and also close to the malecón
