We want to appreciate the great service provided by the staff at the hotel. Special shoutout to Lili who was at the restaurant. She was super helpful in providing us vegetarian alternatives and was kind enough to even fit in some more options to be made to suit our vegetarian palette. The reception staff was also extremely helpful with super checkin/checkout experience. They were also kind enough to provide us breakfast alternatives on days when we had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time.

Definitely not a four star....a three start at best. No gym or pool. No amenities in the bathroom which you would expect. Requested a queenside on my booking 9 months ago, that didn't happen. Went to see reception straight away and advised me two single beds put together is all they had on the day The only savings grace it is next to the tourist attraction and on top of a shopping centre if you need food. Vegetarian will find it difficult as everything has meat in it. Sanoma a restaurant in the centre was my savings grace, beautiful food and superb service and very reasonable. This is the first time I have written anything bad about any place I have ever booked But unfortunately I have to tell the truth.
