I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and everything throughout the visit ran very smoothly. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. One small suggestion would be to include a spoon in the room to accompany the tea and coffee cups. Additionally, having room service available would make a big difference—especially after long tours and returning late in the evening when it would be nice to order a meal without leaving the room. The staff at check-in were wonderful. The young lady who assisted us was exceptionally kind and welcoming—she set a great first impression and would be an excellent person to help train the check-out staff, as that experience was not quite as friendly. I also want to recognize the gentleman who helped us with our luggage; he was very attentive and professional. The on-site Starbucks was a great convenience and a nice touch. Overall, I loved staying here and would happily return. With the addition of room service and a few small in-room amenities, the experience would be even better.

I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria for a birthday trip and unfortunately had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s in a very convenient area with easy access to transport, restaurants, and major attractions, which made exploring London simple and enjoyable. However, the service and room experience were disappointing. At check-in, the staff member did not go over any key information such as breakfast times, check-out procedures, or hotel amenities. We were left to figure everything out ourselves, which didn’t feel very welcoming — especially given that this stay was noted as a birthday trip when I made the booking. Our room was located in the basement, which raised a few concerns. Guests staying on upper floors had to scan their keycard in the lift to access their level, providing an added sense of security. However, because we were in the basement, there was no restricted access required, meaning anyone could potentially come and go freely in that area. This did not feel particularly secure. Additionally, the room had no windows at all. Personally, I found this concerning from a safety standpoint in the event of a fire or emergency. The lack of natural light and proper ventilation also made the room feel quite enclosed.

Location, Clean, staff were great, and the breakfast was excellent. This is my 5 time in this hotel, and never failed once. I will stay there whenever I go to London.

Dispensers for hand wash,shampoo etc impossible to dispense! The overhead shower was whatever the opposite of monsoon is. A mere trickle. Bed comfortable. More milk needed for coffees.

Staff were lovely, room was great. Only thing is was there were no plug points near the bed!

Such caring and attentive staff. The apartment was ver spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a few nights in London. Beds were comfortable and bathroom/kitchen were well equipped

The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother
