Decent hotel. Staff not from Berlin and didn’t know much about the area. Otherwise it was a good stay

Hotel was in a great location. Easy walking access to many Christmas Markets. Also 5 minutes from Museum Island and from river boat cruise. Friendly check in and nice room

Staff very courteous. Shower difficult to manage, as the shower head would not remain aimed at oneself. Fifth floor corridor carpeting stained and there was a sewer odor. Room was quite nice and attractively furnished. Comfortable beds. Excellent location.

Lovely soundproof room. Room was clean and spacious. No complaints at all. I would highly recommend A+++++

Everything here was first class, from the wonderful doormen to the food, rooms and facilities. It was our first ever stay at a Ritz and we will be telling everyone how amazing it was for a long time to come. It is also in a brilliant location for exploring Berlin and getting to/from the airport by public transport. We will most definitely be back.
