ヴァインフィアテルでのペット同伴の旅行

The room was not cleaned properly, and long hairs were coming out everywhere. It seemed that the previous guest had been smoking, so it smelled of cigarettes, and the smoke detector was covered. I emailed them about it, but they didn't change the room and there was no response. We had breakfast at a nearby contract restaurant, but they refused because they said they didn't have a reservation. I emailed them about this too, but there was no response. Also, a suspicious person was sleeping in the lounge from night until morning. I called the hotel but no one answered. There are no employees on-site at the hotel, so they can't respond if something happens.

冷蔵庫が今ひとつでした。

タオルの交換が不十分であった．ただし，アップグレードをしてくれたので，部屋は快適であった．値段はリーズナブルであった．

キッチンは問題なくつかえます。 近所にスーパーもあり日常に便利

ビジネス設備は十分でした。スタッフの対応も親切で、良かったです。

部屋が清潔でスタッフも親切であった。 朝食も良かった。 冷蔵庫や電気ポットが無かったのが不便であったがそれ以外の不満はなかった。

スタッフは非常に親切で快適な滞在でした。 西駅から至近で移動も便利です。
