Always wonderful. The front staff helped me with my crazy schedule of needing 2 days there, one day out another 5 days there, very simple keeping me in the same room the entire visit. Kindness goes a really long way with me.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Torbrau! Very clean and very accessible to the S-bahn and Marienplatz. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at the Charles hotel and were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade on our arrival - a very rare event these days! The breakfast was amazing, with kind, thoughtful and very attentive staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Munich was amazing with incredible Christmas markets - so much to do and see.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever returned to Munich.
