The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

I did not like that the rooms are not soundproof. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I love that they have washer and dryer. Nice pool, small kids playground and good views. I ate at their restaurant but I didn’t like it, it’s better to order takeout.

Love the hotel two sides enter and exit of hotel. Both go to different street . Wonderful staffs

Everything about this hotel was great, breakfast was vast and plentiful. Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was big and wet and the whole place smelt luxurious. The staff could not be more helpful and we had a great time. Will 100% be coming back.

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
