Hotel needs updating. Excellent breakfast.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

This is a very traditional historic Swiss Hotel, located next to a bus station that is the end of the line (about a twenty minute scenic bus ride to St. Moritz). Because the hotel is very old, it has natural character and charm. That said, the bathrooms are modern. Our room had a balcony and nice view (but deck a bit creaky, due to age of planks - like I said, it is an old structure). The menu was very traditional Swiss, which was great if you're in the mood for that (which we were). The staff dressed in traditional Swiss garb, which was also a nice touch.

Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. An unforgettable stay in St. Moritz; luxurious yet comforting, refined yet heartfelt. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable alpine escape.
