No adequate breakfast. Not a four star hotel. Beds very uncomfortable.

Wow! This hotel is hands down one of the nicest I’ve been to in 20 years of traveling for personal and business reasons! The staff were all great! The rooms were exceptionally clean and had great products, linens and that fancy toilet! Hahah I felt like a princess my entire stay and can’t wait to come back!

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. They also helped me figure out how to get a refund for a train ride that got cancelled. Very helpful staff who exceeded expectations

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. Good service and breakfast was good too.

We loved the hotel room layout for a family of 4. The “living room” area turned into two twin beds perfect for our two kids. The breakfast was fine.. nothing spectacular but good variety. Location is great. A 15m slow walk to the duomo or the tram which was super easy. Removed 1 star bc the reception refused to loan me 2 glasses for wine. I thought that was pretty silly
