No breakfast despite on line advertising of breakfast include. Inconvenient to obtain water and microwave. Was not made clear to me that housekeeping was by request only.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property was beautiful, clean, and so relaxing, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience. We especially loved the amenities, delicious food, and overall sense of luxury and comfort. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly special vacation experience!

Property was nice and was pleasant staying there. It was nice having a good breakfast every morning., I booked this hotel because I thought it was walking distance to restaurants. It was only close to a few.

My dog, Bo, and I loved this property for our four-day stay in Sedona. It's a perfect base if you're planning to spend time outside, and has super useful amenities (small gym, great on-site dog park, laundry room, etc.). Our room exceeded my expectations; it was, clean, extremely comfortable and spacious, and everything felt modern, fresh, and functional. Nice Malin and Goetz bathroom products, too. The staff could not have been nicer (from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff) and were extremely responsive (checking in affirmatively if I wanted housekeeping, sharing events in the communal spaces, etc.). The breakfast concept is great; you can do a continental or apply the cost to one of their a la carte menu items. The staff made great coffee drinks. I've stayed at many different properties in Sedona and this is my favorite thus far. I thought it was excellent value.
