Staff not friendly

Fantastic location, and a comfortable hotel. Great to have the kitchenette. The hot pools are beautiful. Staff were really welcoming .

Not very happy with our stay there last week, we called ahead of time and checked about all the details and they promised that they are giving us a nice view but we ended up with a construction view and workers since we woke up till 5 pm. We had to close our blinds most of the time when we were in the room. The restaurant staff are impatient and rude. They give you some $15 off vouchers but you can’t use them all together as they have a limit of 1 per day and it won’t start until 9 am., for most days if you leave early for trips. They charged us more than what Expedia told us would be when we arrive and I am Still waiting For the reply from the hotel. We paid more thinking it’s a good option but please book some other hotels down the road as all the hotels are on same strip and next to each other. The front desk people are ok. The one best thing was they gave free water daily and fresh cold water in the lobby! We are honestly disappointed and won’t be staying here for our next trip!

Greatly nice hotel. Very comfortable beds. Sadly we didn’t have time to check out the spa or restaurant/lounge. They had a shuttle that took us into downtown which was a nice bonus. Easy walk into downtown also, just 5/10 mins.

Loved The amenities. Mountain view was amazing.
