housekeeping service was very bad they didnt clean the room and fix rhe room properly linen was super dirty but they didnt changed they didnt put tea bags n all room no slippers in room ….reception people are also ok they r also not so copperative didnt give any room service food n all we asked they denied only opstion is go to reception lobby they not cooperative ….. resort is really nice i like the view n all rooms everything was good but service is bad….

We have stayed here before and returned due to many factors. High quality rooms and amenities. Location of the hotel is perfect for any trip out. Views across the river are outstanding. Lots of parking spaces. Breakfast is great and the bar really good. The hotel has everything for families or couples.

We had an excellent stay at Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff kindly allowed us an early check-in at 12:30 PM, which was greatly appreciated and set a very positive tone for our stay. The overall environment and ambiance were outstanding—peaceful, well-designed, and perfectly aligned with the Lapland experience. The room quality was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful details for families; providing sleds for children was a wonderful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a very minor suggestion for improvement: we stayed in Room 21, and in the sauna, there seemed to be some heat loss from the lower section, so the temperature was not as warm as expected. This is a small detail and did not affect our overall satisfaction. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent. The room was lovely and cozy and the restaurant food was very tasty. It's one of those hotels that have thought of everything. I would definitely recommend staying here.
