I love how they try to accommodate with everything and go the extra mile for your needs. My room is always prepared before hand with any requests I have. I believe a fairly new hotel but they are doing a fantastic job so far.

Super nice and convenient option (with parking!!!!) for exploring old town Istanbul. Staff was helpful and location can't be beat.

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!

This hotel had an excellent staff and a nice terrace restaurant. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel and room were extremely nice, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I had any queries they were always polite and answered them well. The location is also extremely convenient and is very close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and TopKapi Palace.

Rewrite the following in a conversational and clear way: Hotel was really nice, we booked a premium room which was decent. Although the website is quite misleading and is the virtual tour shows a standing shower in the premium room, that's not the case if you are booking a premium room. Breakfast was good, decent variety of options. I do have to say some of the staff are not welcoming or friendly, they gave off a very robotic and stiff attitude. Even when we checked out, they didn't bother to even ask how was your stay etc. For a well known large hotel organisation, Sorry to say but training needs to happen around being friendly to your guests, in that area specifically we were quite dissapointed considering it's out first time staying in istanbul.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Istanbul and I would highly recommend it, especially for solo travelers. The property is beautiful, elegant and exceptionally clean. One of the highlights was the spa, which was outstanding. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. What truly made my experience special was the concierge team, their assistance was invaluable. They were incredibly professional, friendly and attentive, helping with recommendations, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations and local tips. I would definitely return.

Hotel staff was exceptionally brilliant helping us with taxi services, providing a good room and anything we needed help with, had great breakfast every day We had amazing time Mohammed was really help full and spoke good English and guided us with all our inquiries and kept our Luggage are check out and have us space to change before we went to airport It was really 5 star Service we had by all the hotel staff. We are really thankful 🙏
