Clean room. We had an updated room which was complete with amenities. For us the beds were a bit firm. But if that’s what you like, it’s right for you. The breakfast offerings were different both days we went so that made me happy! Our only complaint was the shower head. It is one of those square ones above your head and the water seemed to go in every direction, in a thin stream on this one, in room 431. We had kind and helpful staff at the desk. We were not able to check in early but we could leave our bags and they were brought to our room as soon as we arrived for check in.

I stayed at Hotel Vista 15 in Guatemala City for just a few hours overnight. The reviews made it seem modern and updated, but when I arrived around 4 p.m., it felt a bit empty and more outdated than expected. The staff was nice, though, and I had dinner at the rotating restaurant, which had a charming old-time vibe and even surprised me with a birthday cake. The room, a two-bedroom suite, was spacious with a drop-dead gorgeous view of the city at night. But it needed a better cleaning—there was a dirty shower head, hair on the sheets, and stains on the bed. The sink in the bathroom kept backing up, and the elevator looked outdated. That said, the sauna was nice, the pool was great, and the gym was solid. They did offer free water, which was a nice perk. Overall, a mixed stay—beautiful view and space, but it needs some serious updates and a cleaner room.

This was amazing stay really close to Guatemala Airport with an amazing and beautiful view. Me and my family loved it. And the host was great too, fast response and helpful. I will stay again in this place and will recommend others to stay too.
