Very old full of history with modern updates and so much art and fun things to Look at.

We were recently in Malmö after a wedding outside the city. For a couple, this hotel ticks all the boxes! It was clean and impeccably furnished. Our bedroom in the 'pink' building was absolutely delightful and they let us check in early when we arrived to drop off our bags. The breakfast also deserves a special shout out - absolutely fantastic!

Pros - big, grand hotel right outside of the central station, close to the football ground and also the Nordstan shopping centre. Staff were friendly. In-room facitilies fine. Cons - when choosing a hotel to stay in Gothenburg we chose this one because of the pool. After booking I found that there was an additional charge to use the pool. I disputed this as felt misled and the fee was waived. I would definitely not consider paying the fee to use the pool (approx £20 per person) as it is very small and pretty cold as it is on the rooftop.

Wonderful, professional young man at the front desk when we checked in at midnight. Super comfortable with a spacious room and an amazing breakfast buffet! I would definitely go back if ever in Sweden.

For such a heritage building, the hotel was remarkably comfortable! AC was great and the room was comfortable and cool for sleeping. The breakfast was ample. Location was great and staff was friendly.
