I am leaving this review to warn families about the shocking lack of safety, care, and basic professionalism at SAii Laguna Phuket. My wife was severely stung by a jellyfish on the beach directly in front of the resort. A little boy staying at the hotel was also stung. The resort had posted absolutely no warning signs, no flags, and gave no verbal alerts about active jellyfish. The resort's response to this emergency was completely unacceptable. The staff offered zero medical assistance and did not even have basic first-aid supplies like vinegar to treat the stings. Because my wife was in severe pain, we urgently needed to get to a clinic or pharmacy. Instead of showing empathy and offering a resort shuttle or vehicle to take us into the city quickly, the staff unprofessionally refused. They told us we had to wait a long time for a standard local taxi to arrive while my wife sat there injured. For a luxury property, this level of heartlessness and logistical failure is disgraceful. Management needs to immediately address their safety protocols and train their front desk staff on basic human decency.

A property with direct taxes to a very very clean stretcher beach and ocean. Swimming pools but immaculate with plentiful sunbeds and cabanas, but disappointing parents will allow their children to occupy Cabanas whilst they relaxed and the children were unsupervised. This would make a very lovely adults only resort the breakfast. Terrace was excellent and choice was wide. Overall, we really had a good stay here and it is conveniently located fishermans market area and local restaurants.

The Danna is a small(ish) hotel that trades on its beachfront location and luxurious rooms. We were very happy there during our five night stay. Each of the three restaurants offers decent food and generous portions. The pool area is comfortable, although some maintenance may be required soon. All the staff are lovely. It’s a fine place either to do nothing or to go birdwatching or kayaking. Given the quality of the product the price is more than reasonable. My only criticism is that there needs to be a separate pool area for kids - otherwise the adults who just want to relax will find their day disrupted.

We had an amazing stay at the Banyan Tree and absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had the best trip. All of the restaurants are excellent and offer a variety of choices but the Thai food was exceptional. The property is beautiful, well maintained and all of the amenities are superb. We can't wait to return.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The customer service was exceptional, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hospitality was amazing, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. We had such a beautiful experience and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Phuket, and I would absolutely love to come back again! ❤️
