Room was only partially cleaned. Dirty glass in bathroom and cleaning supplies on counter. No coffee packets. It was quite late when we checked in and bed was made or we would have requested another room. Didn't notice some things until morning.

Stayed for one night after arriving at the airport. This hotel was excellent. Had a family room and they had it all set up for us, fit my family of 5 perfectly. Excellent dinner at the restaurant the night we arrived. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Thief Hotel was extremely well located and its staff excellent and very helpful. Our luggage was lost and hotel staff was aggressive in getting them returned before our cruise left.
The breakfast is very good and the roof top bar pleasant in good weather. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu but there are many good restaurants within a short walk.
Our room was clean and well laid out but the “balcony “ is not worth the extra cost. Serif our room was excellent.
We would recommend The Thief in Oslo.
