Floor coverings in the bathroom were lifting (water damage) causing feet to catch on these corners....

Hotel was nice. Parking wasn’t available once arrived so I had to park bout 100 meters away. Quick check in. Food was good. Staff were great.

The host Blanca was very attentive and most helpful. The Villa was a short bus ride from the centre and the buses were every 10 minutes. The bed and bedding were fabulous and the breakfast a delight.The secure parking was a bonus.

Great hotel beautifully apportioned. Room: + very spacious and the bed was very confortable. - lack of hooks to hang wet towels etc. Swimming pool only open during the summer - closed from mid Sep. Part of the reason we booked (small honeymoon) here was to have a few days by the pool had we known it would have influenced our decision. Location: + peaceful and quiet. not far by bus into the town around 20min on busy day and 15min when less busy. bus stop right outside hotel can use contactless by card. very easy to navigate. - Taxi we found a little trickier to find in quieter parts of town say Antiguo and buses do not run that late. Spa +excellent. - to access the Spa indoor pool and sauna comes at a cost which is notable when the outdoor pool is closed. Food +excellent both breakfast at the restaurant

The room was very good, staff was helpful and friendly, location was perfect.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, the bathroom was amazing, already booked to return. Drinks service was slow but I didn’t really care because I was in no rush. Pool not being included was a shame, so we didn’t use it and it’s €20 am hour for late checkout so we didn’t use that either but it was a really nice place right in the heart of Bilbao
