$500 for a 160sq ft room is an overkill IMO. Has no proper amenities, no pool, breakfast not included in that price, no views. Not sure what's the high prices about for all the hotels in Rotterdam! Saving grace was the location as everything was walking distance.

Rahman was the absolute best when we stayed at this property, we ended up coming back super late and had no food and he took amazing care of us. Property was nice nothing too fancy but we only stayed for one night. Perfect if you’re going to a concert nearby! 10/10 for Rahman

Very clean hotel close to airport 15 to 18 minutes away

This location is not close to anything. The early check in starts at 1:00 but nothing available. We did finally get checked in a little before 3:00. We explored the outside of the ship, where there is a small park which was very dirty with litter/trash and not well kept. Walking along the pier there was cigarette butts everywhere and some trash. Inside the ship hotel it was very warm.....no air flowing in the lobby. Our room was on the "A" deck at the very back of the ship....a long ways. The hall way carpet was badly stained all along the wall...needs to be replaced. The room was a nice size for a family but the carpet was extremely- badly stained. There was some loose carpet as well. There was mold in shower. The main problem...it was hot...very hot. We could not sleep well due to there was barely any air blowing anywhere. We did have it on the lowest temp. and it was miserable. The beds felt good BUT every time you turn over or move, the mattress would move, almost coming off the bed. That was not a good feeling. We have never slept in a bed like that, so that made it also uncomfortable. We did have water for each of us, which was nice as well as there was coffee and tea available in the room, which was nice. The free wi-fi was also nice and was secured by an individual code. The communication about how to get picked-up from the cruise terminal was not clear, so we had to walked a very long way to the bus stop at the metro station in order to get there.

Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Clean and liked the option to request the room is not cleaned for a day, for which the hotel would plant a tree. Great location and the room was lovely. Only element that wasn’t in the room that I would have liked were bathrobes, but that’s a small detail and we’d definitely stay again.
