Fantastic location to the train station, rooms were clean, the bathroom was generous bright and clean, the balcony was a bonus. Easy to walk to many locations and close to subway

The entrance is beautiful. The room is spacious and clean, except for under the bed which obviously doesn’t get cleaned. The bathroom was really nice and included a tub, shower, high end toilet and double sinks. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

Not sure this property is great value for money. They don’t clean the rooms regularly so you have to ask to have garbage removed and when they do they don’t remove garbage in the cans in the bathroom. We stayed in a superior room which had a lot of wasted space due to slanted ceilings and several huge beams so it made part of the room inaccessible. The windows opened by remote control and most of the time they wouldn’t open at all. The hotel is aware of this and said they won’t open if it’s windy or raining. It wasn’t windy or raining but they still didn’t open. There’s nothing overly wrong with the hotel but at the same time I think you can get a better hotel room somewhere else for the same rate.

This hotel was perfectly situated just a short walk from the heart of Vienna. The area was quiet & safe; but vibrant enough as bars and restaurants are at the end of the street. The hotel itself is immaculate in every way. The staff in their service are friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Food and beverages - excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it: and will certainly plan to return there.
