The only reason I give it 4 stars is because our TV’s didn’t really work. The sound was blown on the tv in our room and we couldn’t get the tv in the living room area to turn on. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. Ordered food several times. The Thai food was the best. Staff were helpful and so nice. The hotel provided transport into Haad Rin. Would recommend and stay here again..

Excellent location. Fabulous room. Resort on the beach front. Fabulous breakfast and great food all round. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Only a 20 minute walk along a well lit busy road to Fisherman’s village with its local food outlets, bars and boutique shops. Lots of day trips available at very reasonable prices.

Very disappointing for the price we paid. It may have been nice 20 years ago, but it’s now dated and a far cry from the luxury it promises.

The property seems to be undergoing renovations as the front entrance seemed to have some work going on. The rooms seem a bit dated too and could do with some renovations (had a leaking bathroom sink which had water spilling on the floor), however the breakfast which you order to your room was top notch. Really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict and would highly recommend it. As it is low tide season from the looks of things, the beach which the front part of the resort/hotel wasn’t too appealing. All in all, a bit disappointed considering the price I had to pay for one night, compared to the overall condition of the property and room.

Clean cool comfortable spacious room. Friendly helpful staff. Breathtaking views. Delicious meals whether breakfast lunch or dinner.

Hard to review here. Location is secluded (good and bad) Quick 15 minute Grab ride to anywhere including any food or store. You have restaurant on site but like most resorts food is ehhh and way over priced. Simple example can of Cola is $2.70usd , at 7/11 6 pack is $3.15usd Breakfast is $30 per person and dinner is around the same. Take the grab 15 minutes away and delicious food is $10 per person. The room is roomy and the private pool are nice and if you must stay in this area I would recommend it for the price of the room. Staff/service was subpar from start to finish.

Kind, hopeful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, Breakfast was very good also . Definitely will come again.

Everything was five star except the wi-fi which barely worked at all. Some aircraft noise but it was not a problem.

Bandara was everything we were looking for for our family holiday with a 13 and 9 year old. Great facilities, a pool we lived in, a kids club they both enjoyed and made them feel independent, and a fantastic location on the beach and edge of Fisherman’s Village. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was also easily able to arrange a pick up from the airport which made arriving to the island very easy with kids. We couldn’t recommend Bandara high enough if you are looking for a family resort in the Bophut area of Koh Samui.
