Clean, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Fantastic clean, beautiful rooms, with every possible amenity provided. Hotel facilities were first class, the odd lapse of service at breakfast but staff generally very good. I would highly recommend staying.

The staff were outstanding. Warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and cosy and food excellent.

The breakfast at The Botany is truly exceptional—easily better than most cafés and on par with, if not superior to, many comparable hotels I’ve stayed at. The quality, variety, and execution were outstanding, and it’s clear there’s an exemplary chef behind it. It honestly goes beyond words. Room service was reasonable. One small improvement would be the replenishment of basic amenities such as bottled water, body cream and toothpaste during housekeeping, without needing to request them. That said, the experience overall was still exceptional, largely because the breakfast alone set a remarkably high standard.

My sons and I had a great stay at the hotel. The check in was quick and the staff was super nice. The hotel is so close to all the notable landmarks. The food was great...I would like to give a special shout out to Anastasia who served us in the Artlounge. She was so caring and sweet. Overall, we had a very great time!

Need not to bring the espresso cup after they clean it
