Excellent hotel and great value for money. Would definitely recommend. The staff were very helpful and the food and service excellent. Location very good to both main square and Jewish quarters. Room very large with 2 double beds and large bathroom. Will be going back.

Excellent hotel, right on the main square, lovely breakfast cooked to order. Staff excellent, all very friendly, no problem making us a packed lunch for an early start for Auschwitz tour. Couldn’t fault anything 👍

If there were more stars to rate this hotel, I would give it more! We had a wonderful stay in Krakow, and staying at this hotel played a huge part in making everything perfect. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste—from meat-eaters and vegetarians to those with allergies or gluten sensitivities. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. J. Singh, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage as well as the kind and very respectful doorman, Piotr.
