Mittelbuenden Luxury Vacations

The hotel is lovely however my room was not cleaned, bed not made and no clean towels. After a long day of meetings, having to chase for clean towels and tea/coffee was not good. However the hotel is great. Would have got a 5 star if housekeeping cleaned my room and made the bed. Disappointing, should not have been missed.

The hotel and its property and the views are amazing. Everything is kept very clean including our room. The reception staff were always responsive to our needs and helpful to provide us with anything we needed. The bar staff was fantastic and even provided us with blankets to sit outside in the cool evening. The only problem we experienced was our last morning when we had limited time before leaving for the train station, no one came to take our order for more than 20 minutes. Everyone else was greeted and waited on except us, leaving us to leave with only having croissants, juice and coffee. It is a beautiful place and maybe not everyone will experience what we did.

Great choice whether for business or leisure. Nice breakfast and rooms pretty new.
