Excellent room, really nice staff, I love this place

Staff all very polite and pleasant. Room was clean with an amazing view of the Hollywood sign. A short walk to see the stars on the Walk of Fame. Would definitely stay again!

The overall stay was nice! Really enjoyed the restaurants and how close it is to all the Hollywood tours. I will say for the price of the stay, the hotel room itself is a bit disappointing, the bathrooms are very small and the towels, blankets and pillows could definitely be improved. I definitely enjoyed the stay and may book again in the future.

This hotel has a great location in West Hollywood. The room sizes are sufficient for three people. The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff is welcoming and amazing.

Bed is heavenly- There is a fridge which helps and its convenient for what we come for.

Spa experience was amazing!

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The grounds were beautifully maintained. The room and view was great. The staff were very kind and attentive. The evening live music in the Lobby bar was fabulous.

Spacious room, clean, affordable, great location, amazing staff, 10/10 and would stay here again. Mattress and pillows could be little comfier but you can’t have it all lol. So glad we found this place!
