Mr. Thomas and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I never write reviews, but they seriously go above and beyond at this hotel. Despite it being sold out and very busy for the F1 weekend, they remember everyone, what you eat, drink etc. Never were stressed or overwhelmed and genuinely like getting to know the guests, but it in an overbearing or sales way. Although the property has gigantic proportions that make it at times unnavigable and makes it feel impersonal this is definitely an Arabian Nights palace with impeccable service and pool areas among the most beautiful in the world - with a private beach! It’s a bit far from everything else but with a unique beach front view to the newest and even more spectacular Sultan palace. I have also checked the Four Seasons which pales in comparison with this

For service this is the best hotel in the Middle East. Exceptional from first minute to last.

Overall a nice hotel but customer service was actually quite poor. Valet was great. Check in person cold and a bad first impression. Hotel staff on phones in foyer whilst I was waiting to check out in a queue. Should be better for the price

Clean room and great staff. It was my gf’s birthday and the entire staff has made her day extra special from the rooms to surprise! Special shoutout to Benedict who did above and beyond. We’ll definitely return and cannot be more grateful for the hospitality shown by the entire staff. Thank you
