The staff were extremely helpful.

Rooms were nice and service was great. The place is very beautiful and tranquil. We had a ironing board delivered to our suite but then when we left for dinner, some staff had came back to our room unannounced, and without telling us took the ironing board and iron and moved some of the bedding around. We mentioned this to the manager when we checked out, but it made us incredibly uncomfortable and I don’t know if we would stay there again because of that instance. I hope management will notify future guests if they intend to enter their suites at any point during their stay, whether it be part of their service offerings or not.

What a place! Everything is fabulous and the staff are exceptional. This was our 6th visit to the Cellars and it won’t be our last. The beautiful gardens together with the stylish interiors make for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The restaurant food is delicious too, what’s not to like?

Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding from start to finish. The moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and provided exceptional service throughout our entire stay. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the comfortable bedding to the well-equipped amenities, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very well managed. Whether it was the dining experience, common areas, or overall environment, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly stood out was the dedication of the team. They were always attentive, responsive, and eager to assist with any request, which made our stay smooth and memorable. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return on our next visit.
