The staff at the Sofitel Lyon were superb. We had an issue with Air France’s missing baggage department, and the staff, especially Valentin, really helped us out of jam. Restaurant was great, location was lovely. We’d never been to Lyon, but we came away feeling it was a place we have to come back to. Thanks in large part to the team at the Sofitel.

"Five stars isn’t enough to give this beautiful hotel. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is in the most beautiful location - you can see the whole of Lyon! Breakfast was delicious. Every detail had been considered. Real FIVE star luxury. Would hurry to stay again."
