The views were amazing. The only downside is the pool closes entirely too early!! 7pm is way too early in the summers. BUT that waa ny only complaint. Top tier.

Although the address is listed as on Collins Rd., the entry to this establishment is located on 21st St. The Jr. suite was a perfrct size for 3-4 adults with a balcony. The king bed was quite comfortable.

Absolutely stunning experience at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty with their warm welcome and impeccable service. The property is beautifully landscaped, creating a serene oasis that feels a world away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando tourism. The only significant thing I noticed was a front office clerk that was rude to his co workers and to myself when I asked for change for staff gratuity. Princess couldn’t be bothered.

Would never stay again. Problems from beginning to end. Staff not friendly either.

The carpet is not in good conditions, it it’s ripped and some areas and the wallpaper is the same… it looks like it need a renovation.

Ok, so the whole self park thing is terrible because you may need to walk nearly a half mile in the oppressive heat at night with very little light just to get to the lobby. Then you have to walk another quarter mile down the long hallway carpet that is old and smelly to your room. The rooms are very clean but they are outdated and the tub and shower is designed for a baby, so small. This place helps great food available at all restaurants and the grounds are very beautiful and well kept, but the rooms and that carpet in the hallways is atrocious. A real mixed bag. Room prices are low so I guess you get what you pay for. The restaurants aren't cheap but the food is Amazing. The Lobby is beautiful and no smelly carpet there. The Convention center is massive, like Vegas and very nice looking to do a major show. The shuttle to the parking lot is useless, it's not available at night when returning from a night out and during the day, there's no regular schedule, they just seem to ride around picking up their people they like leaving you standing there sweating out your clothes while they drive by smiling and laughing with their buddies. By the way, to self park is $32.00 per day and that's how the shuttle starts you. Shameful, really. Having said all of that, I would return because of the restaurants and the grounds and the golf course which were all amazing.
