Wonderful place to stay. Clean, spacious, good housekeeping, well located. Would get 5* if there was free access to swimming pool for hotel guests.

An absolute gorgeous hotel. I was so well taken care of and the staff was so sweet. My room had an amazing view.

The hotel is centrally located with the Lotte shopping mall just downstairs. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and it is just amazing for convenience. I would say that its very expensive and we didn't opt for breakfast this time. We had to pay extra to use the traditional Korean spa so we didn't use it this time either.

They charge for extra pillows and/or blankets for each night! Not each stay, but each night! That’s ridiculous, it’s not renting a bed, it’s for each extra pillow and/or blanket! Only one pillow per person given and we wanted to exchange the queen blanket for 2 single ones, they still had to charge for an extra blanket per night! $4000 won per night, NOT per stay. Plus all of a sudden, both front desk ladies don’t speak English at all, we needed to use Google translate as they text their supervisor but when other foreigners came to the desk, they can speak English again…wow! Bad customer service. Look into other hotels if you can, this one is not close to the subway and very noisy, dark, not clean. No airport bus or transfer available. Only uber or subway (too far to drag luggage).
