The room is clean, but the front office staff weren’t very friendly and they weren’t very accommodating. I felt that they did not care for foreigners. I saw that they were more gentle with Japanese customers more than foreigners. The breakfast buffet was OK. I feel like they didn’t stock up quickly.

Very clean. It’s in a central and convenient location to street markets and other good restaurants nearby including the 24/7 Seven Eleven that also has a great selection of foods. Very quiet. The washer/dryer is amazing. The hotel provides free toiletry and laundry detergent. Very quiet at night. Has filtered water station for guests and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Very comfortable, clean, and lovely hotel with a luxury quality stay. We loved the buffet breakfast in the morning, a wonderful selection of Japanese and western items. Highly recommend this hotel and it's conveniently located right next to universal studios Japan.

I really like the size of the room and that it has laundry inside the room, excellent service from the ladies in front desk, 10 minutes to the station.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time in Kyoto and Hotel Monday made it even better. Our room spacious, shower and bathroom were very cleaning. The customer service was great! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Osaka, family friendly and clean room

We had a great time at this hotel. The room was very spacious and nice. We requested a quiet room, and the staff were very accommodating—they gave us a room on a higher floor, far from the elevator, and facing a quiet treet. The hotel has a strong Asian aesthetic, which some people might consider a bit dated, but it reflects a style that is appreciated in Asia. The hotel is a 5 star Asian hotel, in America it may be a 4.5 stars. As expected for a five-star hotel, the restaurants are quite expensive. Transportation is nearby, though not extremely close, and the hotel is located some distance from downtown Osaka. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
