Couldn’t find my reservation - check in took 20 minutes. Gave us a room that had specialized note for someone with chocolate and extra pillows.

Mountain View Small room Overpriced

Fabulous room for four adults but small bathroom this was discounted for us. Wonderful meals. Great period building.

I would suggest instructions for the shower, hard to know what all the levers were for

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were traveling with two other couples and the staff put us close to each other which we appreciated. We took advantage of the hot tubs with the mountain views a couple of times - wonderful! We ate breakfast, enjoyed happy hour and even later night drinks at the restaurant in the lobby. Food was very good and not your average, run-of-the-mill menu but elevated and unique. We liked the fact that we were at the end of Banff Avenue, essentially at the beginning of town, which provided for a more tranquil experience than if we were in the midst of everything. Everyone we traveled with had nothing but compliments for Hotel Canoe and Suites. Would stay there again and highly recommend you stay there when you're in Banff!!

Loved the location. The staff were all amazing and accommodating. The rooms are dated. We were not impressed with the hidden expense when we checked in, having no choice in purchasing an amenities voucher per night’s stay to eat at their sister restaurant, Evergreen.

We stayed here with the family. We had a great time at the pool. The room was smaller than I anticipated, although the property location and stuff made the overall experience. Also go to the breakfast located right in the hotel. It was excellent
