Inspire Entertainment Resort Kid friendly Vacations

This hotel was just recently built, so the facility is still very nice and new. The location is fantastic, just across the street from Yongsan station and near so many restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were nice and clean, and they even have free luggage storage for up to 12 hours, and a luggage organizing station which made it very useful on the last day of travels. Would definitely come back!

Sejong Hotel is very conveniently located in Myeongdong, which was probably the best part of our stay. It is easy to get around Seoul from here, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and other things nearby. The hotel itself, however, feels quite old and dated. The rooms and common areas could use a significant refresh, and at least one of the elevators was not working during our stay. Breakfast was also not included with our booking. Check-in is largely self-service using a computer, although the staff we interacted with were helpful and pleasant when we needed them. There were also ongoing labor protests outside the hotel during our stay relating to former hotel workers. I don’t know enough about the dispute to comment on the underlying issues, but as a guest the protests were noticeable and a little uncomfortable. Overall, the location is excellent, but the hotel is showing its age. It probably was a very nice hotel in its day, but today I think there are likely better and more modern options around Myeongdong. I would choose it primarily for the location rather than the hotel experience itself.

Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine service between the airport and the property was a fantastic convenience. It was smooth, efficient, and very easy to use by simply following the host's instructions. We also appreciated the welcome snacks, cereal, and drinks, which were perfect after a long international flight. The location is excellent and close to everything Gangnam has to offer. The nearest subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away, which we found very manageable. One tip for future guests: keep the property's address handy. Since it's not a commercial hotel, Uber and Naver Map occasionally had trouble finding the exact location. Overall, this was a wonderful place to come back to after long days of exploring Seoul. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, we always felt that help was just a message away thanks to the attentive and responsive host. We would gladly stay here again.

Stayed 4 days. The service was the biggest disappointment for me. Overall, it felt not warm or genuine. When I checked in, the front desk agent seemed like she was just trying to get through the process as quickly as possible. She was giving me information, but it felt like she wasn’t really paying attention to whether I was following what she was saying. There wasn’t really a moment where she paused and asked if I had any questions. It felt more like, “Let’s get this done and move on.” There were also a couple of small things that really surprised me. When the bellboy brought my luggage to the room, I gave him a cash tip. His immediate reaction was an audible “Ah?!” It was quite awkward and honestly made me feel embarrassed, almost as if I had done something strange or inappropriate. I’ve stayed at different luxury hotels in Asia, and that was definitely not the kind of reaction I expected. Then, four days later at check-out, something else happened that I found quite surprising. The front desk agent greeted me, took the room key card from me, and then just carelessly flicked it into a pile with the other cards, almost like throwing a playing card.

Location is great if you want to walk around and access public transport Lots of food and stuff around The rooms are large and well set up although a bit worn The gym is completely useless but there are plenty of gyms with day pass around

The room itself was pretty clean, only complaint is that there isn’t much space for luggage or anything. Bathrooms were QUITE messy most of the time, but this is more the fault of other guests. Great location, very easy to locate. Didn’t try the provided breakfast as the common area gets quite busy. The staff were helpful when needed. The laundry situation can be quite annoying… there’s like 6 tiny washers that fit nothing, 2 large ones which the staff also use i believe, and only 2 dryers entirely. Guests can be inconsiderate leaving their things in the laundry past the time it’s finished.
