Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine service between the airport and the property was a fantastic convenience. It was smooth, efficient, and very easy to use by simply following the host's instructions. We also appreciated the welcome snacks, cereal, and drinks, which were perfect after a long international flight. The location is excellent and close to everything Gangnam has to offer. The nearest subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away, which we found very manageable. One tip for future guests: keep the property's address handy. Since it's not a commercial hotel, Uber and Naver Map occasionally had trouble finding the exact location. Overall, this was a wonderful place to come back to after long days of exploring Seoul. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, we always felt that help was just a message away thanks to the attentive and responsive host. We would gladly stay here again.

New hotel, listed as 5 stars. The facility is modern, but the rooms are relatively small with low ceilings. The furniture is already worn out, adding to a feeling if decay and overuse. The room was not clean - glass tables with finger prints, and sticky floors in the restroom. Disgusting. In subsequent days the cleaning of the room and restroom was inadequate. The hotel is full all the time. The restaurants were booked the five nights that I stayed here. I had to walk outside if hotel to grab a bite to eat. The lobby is packed. Usage of the pool or gym is NOT included. You have to pay a significant fee to access those facilities, and when you do, the pull is saturated with people. Not pleasant at all. When you ask from help from the staff, all you get is a smile and a "we are sorry", but no assistance at all. I cannot recommend this hotel. It really is mediocre at best, and certainly far from a luxury designation. There are many better choices in Seoul.
