Polis Leiria Trail Kid friendly Vacations

Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean room, great staff.

Beautiful location, booked a junior suite. Be sure to ask where your room is before you commit. Our "water view" was a tiny bit of water with the building across the street as our main view. Hotel is upscale and clean but our shower door stuck (causing over-spill), our shower drain cover was unattached exposing screws, our safe didn't work, and figuring out lighting was a chore every night. Hairdryer would not work in the only outlet near mirror unless we turned most of the other lights off. We are travelers...I expected more for the price of the room. We did tell staff about the safe and they offered to come up but by the third night it was just not worth it. I am Expedia platinum, and at least expected a decent view. We did not have our breakfast included so we ate at a cafe next door for 20 euro instead of 50. Some interactions with front desk staff were great, others were less than enthusiastic.

The staff team was very good, professional and courteous. Our room (#3) was a corner room and looked out into the courtyard. It was comfortable, security was good, breakfast was very generous and most of all, it was a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was wonderful and most helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, service, ambiance and location.
