Older style property which was disappointing

Clean to what is expected

Beach view was magnificent.

The room itself was comfortable and well-presented, but the lack of complementary amenities beyond basic tea and coffee was disappointing compared to other hotels in the same category. Unfortunately, the most negative part of our stay was the service — several staff members were noticeably rude, which really affected our experience and has made us hesitant to stay at another QT property in the future.

The toilet and bathroom. Has long black hair on it. Right near the spa there was a white jelly bean. The pillows were absolutely awful. Soft as anything. You had to fold them up to sleep. And the ln the beds were only doubles

The location is amazing: right on the beach, easy walk into Surfers shops and eateries, free onsite parking, really well set up with three bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer, two bathrooms and heaps of room to spread out a bit.

A beautiful site with lovely cabins including fabulous bathrooms and a brand new Miele washing machine and tumble dryer! We enjoyed the pool and the bar… a bit random to have the sauna in the office but good experience none the less. The gym was a bit tired and old with limited equipment but great to have a big open shed with a gorgeous view :). A good base to explore Byron Bay & Nightcap National Park.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Aloha. Check in was a breeze, the staff were lovely and the rooms were well decorated. We loved the room had both aircon and a ceiling fan and came with additional extras such as a nice beach bag and beach towels. The shared kitchen was an absolute treat too as we didn’t realise we would have access to free breakfast and bottled water! It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach and town. It’s honestly a perfect place to stay. Would highly recommend!
