Room was so small, no place to store anything. Enough space to put one luggage on a rack, other luggage had to be opened on the bed.

Highly recommended. Old fashion Japanese service. Amazing food and hot spring baths.

There was no live person at the desk. I couldn’t get the access number to enter the property Finally someone came to help but it was very stressful

Hotel was ok and super cheap but there’s no visible staff working there and its starting to get a bit worn down in the rooms. Not bad though and the price was unbeatable. I also saw someone else mentioned a breakfast but there was none.l that I saw. One other thing to mention-I was a bit annoyed they use a passcode system for access to the hotel and your room. On paper its a good idea but in practice its a bit finicky. Sometimes the code readers wouldn’t work properly or recognize my button presses. Maybe the batteries were low? In any case I wanted to ask for help because it made it tricky accessing my room but,again, no visible staff working there made that challenging. Overall I was happy with my stay but either they need to fix the reliability of their passcode system.
