We are a couple who stayed for one night. The room was in good condition. However, we found the buffet opening hours (9:00 to 11:00) to be quite short compared to international standards.
We chose this hotel because it advertised having an airport shuttle, and there was no indication that VAT was not included in the price. When we asked about these two issues, we were told by Marcelo, the concierge, that we should book directly with the hotel next time and contact Expedia regarding these matters. We found this response unprofessional and not appropriate for a hotel of this category.
Other than that, everything was good.
I might not book at this hotel again.

Staff at the hotel are really kind and helpful. Location is great for Mendoza… walking distance from almost everywhere.
Room was clean and big with a nice comfy bed and good shower. Recommended!
