A very clean and beautiful place to stay. The breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I was glad to be able to have laudry service as well. Perfect location too.

The rooms were clean, the service of the staff was exceptional, always willing to help with a smile, my only complaint was; no wash clothes (I believe it's aEU thing) no tea or coffee in room. But everything else was wonderful.

We travelled to Dublin for our friend’s wedding and stayed at St. Helen’s Hotel for two nights. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade with an amazing view.
The hotel itself was beautiful, but the outdoor garden wedding venue was absolutely stunning. It made such a beautiful setting for a wedding, and we would definitely recommend St. Helen’s for both a stay and as a wedding venue. We had a wonderful experience.

We walked in and fell in love with the room and the atmosphere of the hotel! The pool and sauna was lovely to relax in and the food from the restaurant in the hotel was amazing as well. We had an amazing time the few days we stayed there. And will book here again when back in Dublin!

The location is decent! Close to St. Stephen’s Green which is very nice!
The hotel room was brutally hot! The window only opened a few inches! We even had fans going and it didn’t help!
The worse part was the smell. It smelled dank and old but they used some sort of fragrance to try and hide it, and that was disgusting! It smelled like super cheap cologne in a diffuser and it was so strong you could taste it!
I wouldn’t return!

It was ok but, it feels like the hotel markets itself as if it’s better than it is. Kind of soulless reception and long corridors. Uncomfortable beds.
We had asked for an accessible room which we didn’t get and the room was about as far away as it could be.
Restaurant and breakfast was ok.
