Minha estadia teve dois pontos que comprometeram a experiência. O cartão-chave do quarto perdia a credencial repetidamente, o que me obrigou a voltar à recepção mais de uma vez para revalidar — algo simples, mas desgastante. O outro ponto foi no bar: eu estava no balcão, a bartender estava ali, bastava servir a bebida e lançar na conta do quarto, e ainda assim o atendimento foi negado sob a alegação de que o bar já havia fechado. Era um sábado à noite, justamente o momento em que se espera o serviço funcionando. Mais do que o horário em si, o que ficou foi a sensação de má vontade e falta de cortesia. São falhas operacionais fáceis de corrigir, mas que pesam diretamente na percepção de quem está hospedado.
