This hotel was located right at the main station when coming in from the airport which was great after a long day of travel - it was also an easy tram ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Vienna once we settled in. The rooms were clean, well-sized and the beds were comfy.
All of the staff were friendly but the real reason for the 5 star review is Sara. She was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us great advice for our adventures in the city. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we checked in. She truly made our experience exceptional.
When encounter someone like Sara who takes such pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests, it transforms a good hotel stay into a great one.

This was our 1st time staying at the Hilton Vienna Plaza hotel and it did not disappoint. It is an easy short walk from the U2. Check-in was very easy and the staff were very friendly & helpful.
Our room was uber clean and spacious. The on-site gym, one of the best we have seen in a while. We had breakfast included and there were plenty options from vegan to non-vegan.
The hotel is located in a good walkable distance to th city-center. There is also a pharmacy and grocery store within a block or two of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was nice. The location was amazing. Close to the central area, public transportation, and a variety of restaurants and cafes. Great place to stay.
