Location is great, however rooms are dingy, dirty and ceiling leaked. Woke up to water dripping onto the carpet in a steady stream. I took a video and reported to reception who did move us without issue. The bathroom was mouldy - shower with hair and yellow stains around base of toilet. Beds comfortable.

Great large rooms and location; good bed; for rooms with kitchen they offer an interestinglp shopping delivery option for breakfast kit or movie pack but this has to be ordered days before you check in. Would have been great to communicate about this ( they say it is on their website... but we book with expedia and this is not there). Anyhow, shops are so nearby...
