Very quite and relaxing resort. Good was great and our bedroom was always clean and tidy. Highly recommend to go with your partner or family.

This resort is for the older crowd. Although you're able to go to the other resorts, if you're looking to party this is not the resort. I would say 45+. The food is okay. The only place that was good to eat was the steakhouse on the main resort Royal Solaris. The room was spacious and clean. Very clean actually. The commute is about 30 minutes from all main attractions. Front Fesk staff was very nice. Please ensure when booking transportation you triple check and call prior to arrival. They did not pick us up from the airport.

Everything is great, but we recommend that when they clean the room, they vacuum a little. We would also recommend adding foam to the pool, that would be cool, everything else was great

Our group stayed at Royal Solaris, Cancun to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort itself is spotless! clean rooms, beautiful pool areas, and well‑maintained facilities. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Edgar was exceptionally amazing; his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference for our family. We needed a small private space for a birthday gathering, and not only did the team accommodate us, they provided even more than we expected. Lupita and Alan were also incredible, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Across our seven rooms, every member of staff we encountered was helpful, friendly, and ready to assist at any moment. Their hospitality was breathtaking and deeply appreciated. The resort gave us a beautiful experience, unforgettable memories, and a celebration that felt complete. We will definitely be visiting again.

Had an amazing time at Grand Fiesta Coral. Place is super clean and staff is very friendly. Only downside. Im on vacation and pool bars and lobby bars dont open till 11-12. Now I normally dont drink that early but on vacation I certainly like too.

Some of the best service and food I've ever had at an all inclusive. Great choice for families.

The hotel looks like it has been upkept and remodeled. I had a great time staying here. The website gives you all the details of everything available to do at the resort. The food was average to good, depending on the day, some days it was great and other days it felt like the food had been heated for a long time. The activities were fun but heads up that they are randomly canceled without notice. The staff pressure a bit to listen to a time share presentation and offer quite a few perks. It is not at the north side of the Zona hotelera so travel to places there can be a good 15 minute drive. The hotel is constantly being cleaned, so it's always looking sharp. Bring a tumbler yeti for your bar drinks, because the cups they offer are a bit too small - but unlimited refills though. The great part of this, compared to other hotels, is that you DO not have to pre-book at the individual restaurants, its a first come first serve reservation type. I really enjoyed my time here.
