The room and clean and the food was really good, good selection and well seasoned. All staff werw very friendly and always helpful.

Overall the hotel was average. The buffet food was horrible! Like everyday we were there the buffet had limited options-we ate lots of salads. The beach did not have an attendant so you would have to go to the pool bar and get a drink and walk back to the beach. There were only about 6 umbrellas at the beach so you would need to get there early if you didn’t want to lay in the hot sun all day.

Beautiful hotel! The majority of the food was delicious and there was always something to eat. Plenty of options for things to do on the property. Lots of pool options. Entertainment was great.

This is a great location if you have kiddos. Clean pool and really beautiful beaches. The infinite option was a huge perk that allowed us to have a fancy 7 course meal, private dinner on the beach and a jet ski rental (plus our own VIP beach). A few things that could use some updating: 1. Entertainment. Magic show and lip syncing dancers? Just kind of cheesy. But the water show and silent disco were fun! 2. More to go food options. The only options you really have 'to go" are burgers, hot dogs and ceviche. It would be great to see some fresh fruit carts come by, and other lunch options by the pool.

The staff was amazing!!! The entertainment staff including Haniah, Bernardo, Omar and Adrian were amazing! There were long lines for dinner, and the amenities could have stayed open later and opened earlier.
