Was in this hotel in the past and look like they didn't improve the property.
My room wasn't clean with hair of previous guest. The lobby was with very old furniture. Was disappointed this time

First member of staff who checked us in was pretty bad to be honest. They came across as if they really didn’t want to be there. I compared their attitude to the other staff and it was miles apart. Other staff where lovely and very good. Never found the swimming pool or spa area which was a shame as I wanted to use it
