Wonderful stay - everything is new and place is well equipped. It is walkable to town and bus is convenient although beware that sometimes it is so full you can’t get on.

Staff was very responsive through the entire process, including sending a taxi to pick us up to the train station and deliver us to the residence. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for six travelers. We would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has ever rented anywhere in the world. The Chamois suite was perfect in every way.

Fabulous stay in Zermatt!! Everything was handled so well at this hotel! We were met at the train by Carlos who took care of everything! Check in was wonderful. The front desk staff were so personable and professional. Room was spacious; amenities well provided. Breakfast is very good. Piano player is such a nice addition. View of the Matterhorn while we ate. Singer in the bar in the afternoon is very good. Ate in the bar and Say Cheese. Very good staff and food. Easy to walk to countless other restaurants and stores. This is a fabulous hotel. Worth every penny. Would come back to Zermatt just to stay here!! Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing property, outstanding staff (thank Nacho), comfortable luxury suite, good location (looked online like it was up a hill but they have an entrance at the base of a cliff that is a high end tunnel bored into the rock, leading to a lift that takes you to the lobby - very cool and convenient.

This hotel has four different buildings. The one we stayed in required climbing 39 steps to get to the entrance; the others were much more accessible. Luckily, the hotel staff was most helpful and accommodating in carrying our suitcases to the room. The location is exquisite: opposite Lake Geneva and the well-maintained walking/running/biking path beside it, on the edge of a shopping /dining district in Lausanne. The rail shuttle to the main Lausanne train station runs every 3-7 minutes and is two blocks from the hotel parking lot. The hotel’s buffet breakfast is expensive. If a patisserie would suit your needs, there is an exquisite one a block away.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful rooms and the staff were lovely. Excellent transport links nearby.
