Everything was fine; it was our second visit to your hotel, and hopefully, we’ll be back next year. The only complaint I have is that the room controls are in a dangerous location- I banged my head twice on the lighting fixture above my head trying to adjust the lighting, and one time, the bulbs fell out and broke- almost on my head Lawrence Bleier Room 383

The service is great, Abishek at breakfast, Rodrigo at concierge always ready to help, the room attendent boy from Myanmar,( apologies for missing his name) smiling and welcoming gesture. Credits to the chefs for delicious breakfast. It was great 2 weeks at this place.
