Beautiful location tucked away from noise. Very clean and it has friendly staff. The pool is beautiful and location is convenient

Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now , it is absolutely stunning. The staff are fantastic and are the reason we return year and year. See you again next time .

I really loved how Every room has a view of the ocean.

I enjoyed my stay at Secret Cliff Resort overall. The staff was awesome—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. There were a couple of issues, though. The swimming pool closed at 7:00 PM, which I thought was too early. We also had a problem with the TV. The staff came to the room four different times trying to fix it and eventually replaced the TV, but unfortunately it still didn’t work. I do appreciate how hard the staff tried to resolve the problem. Despite these issues, the excellent staff and well-maintained property made the stay enjoyable.
