We had an excellent stay at Royal San Marco Hotel and were very pleased with the overall experience. The location is outstanding—convenient, central, and perfect for exploring Venice. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we appreciated the charm and atmosphere of the property. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return and recommend Royal San Marco Hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

The staff is unbelievable with helping with anything like transportation, booking restaurants, making recommendations. Everyone was so kind and the location is the best. Even though it is so close to St Marks, it is super quiet.

We had a good stay overall and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the room itself was pleasant. There were a few drawbacks that future guests may want to consider. The location was a bit farther from the main attractions than we had anticipated, which made getting around slightly less convenient. We were also surprised that there was no restaurant attached to the hotel, meaning there was no room service or on-site dining option available. Additionally, I was traveling with my mother, who has some mobility challenges, and she found getting in and out of the bathtub difficult. We ended up needing a step stool, so I would recommend the property consider accessibility improvements or provide better information about bathroom accessibility features. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but given the price we paid, I don't think we would choose this hotel again in the future. That said, the staff and accommodations themselves were very good.

Absolutely perfect location for exploring all of Venice. The room was so ornate and authentic, we just loved it.

Excellent stay at the Molino Stucky. Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Would highly recommend. Breakfast is fabulous and exactly what you would expect of the Hilton. Wi-Fi connection is fast. Roof top bar is a must and offers panoramic views of Giudecca and Venice. The Island of Giudecca is a lovely location and offers a great place to escape. Hotel offers regular shuttles to Venice from the Hilton ‘stop’ and the public transport Vaporetto stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel if the Hilton boat is not what you want. Alilaguna stops at the Hilton so airport transport is easy or you can just get a water taxi, whatever you suits your needs. It’s a great place to stay.
