Great staff Large room

Amazing location, beautiful room. Real Venice! Easy walk to the main area but the region the hotel is located in is truly beautiful. Would return at any opportunity.

Very clean hotel. Special shout out to Jessica for taking such good care of us during our 29th wedding anniversary. I will definitely be back!

Nice decor, clean room and good location!

The hotel is in a really convenient location (a very short walk from the Water bus stop). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel has a bit of luxury about it. The staff were welcoming from the first minute and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast waiters even remembered we were the ones for no coffee!! We had a slight issue with the room. A squealing noise was coming from an area by the heater. We raised it with reception (at gone 10pm) and they came straight up to investigate. It wasn't something that they could fix without maintenance so immediately went to see if they could find another room. Found us another room for the rest of the stay which was a slightly upgraded room too. Their recommendations for restaurants were very good as well.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities

Colombina Hotel was a perfect spot to stay in Venice! Centrally located to some of the city's most iconic locations, while offering a quiet and authentic experience right on one of Venice's famous canals. The hotel had wonderful service, larger than expected rooms, and a great breakfast! I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Great staff Large room

Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, though the carpets could use an upgrade. I informed the front desk that I needed to be at the airport by 3:00 a.m. and would require a taxi. I was assured that the front desk was staffed 24/7. However, when I came downstairs in the morning, no one was present, and there was no key drop box, so I was unsure where to leave my key. Eventually, a member of the kitchen staff who was setting up heard me ringing the bell and came to assist. The taxi arrived purely by coincidence, as the driver happened to be passing by to check for early flight passengers. He charged me an additional €5, but at that point, I was simply focused on getting to the airport.

conveniently close to St Mark’s square, u have to go thru a bridge to get the hotel. accessible to everything. 5 mins away fr San Marco Giardenetti Vaporetto stop. hotel lobby and breakfast being served is superb, lots of variety. Room we had was 308 needs some renovating, dim light but bathroom is clean with good water pressure

Room was in good condition but was very tight quarters for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not much room to move around in the room itself. It was hot in the room at night with no way to control temperature, so we had to keep windows open but then the bell tower would ring in the morning and wake us. Additionally, pillows were hard and so sleep was not restful. Breakfast was not included in our price. On a positive note, the hotel location was perfectly convenient, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and room cleaning/turnover was good.
