Classic and historic! This was a beautiful hotel with the true European atmosphere. For us simple modern conveniences like more plugs, lights, sitting area was missing. Staff was incredibly helpful and location was excellent. For Andre European experience this is your hotel!

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

Feels like in a palace. Our room is large, high ceiling with beautiful crown molding. The curtains I only seen in palaces. Prime location. Next to the city center, golden concert hall and opera house. We stayed four nights, really enjoyed the piano music at front hall.
